We have a listing program that charges a 6% commission at close of escrow. 3% goes to the listing agent/broker and then 3% goes to the agent who sells the real estate
The flat fee program is a pay as you go system that will save Sellers thousands of dollars on the sale of the their home but still pay the agent who represents the buyer a good commission
We provide quality marketing and consulting services to help you sell as fast as possible with top dollar results
The total fee is $1500 for seller marketing & representation
with 3% of the sales price paid to the Buyer's Broker
$750 listing service fee paid when the listing is taken
$750 closing service fee & 3% commission
paid to the Buyer's Broker at close of escrow
