If you are an investor who sells multiple homes per year you can get extra savings with our listing service. On your initial listing you will pay the Base Rate:

 

$750 Listing Service Fee

WHEN THE HOUSE SELLS YOU PAY 

$750 Closing Fee

+ 3% Buyer's Broker Fee  

 

 

After the initial listing, your rates will decrease to our Discounted Investor Rate:

$599 Listing Service Fee

WHEN THE HOUSE SELLS YOU PAY 

$600 Closing Fee

+ 3% Buyer's Broker fee
